MISSION

To help people impacted by cancer enhance their well-being through active participation in professionally led programs of emotional support, education and hope – at no charge – so that no one faces cancer alone.

Chartered in the Southern Connecticut Region, the Cancer Support Community of Southern Connecticut serves members in Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex and New London Counties.  CSC-SCT is currently engaged in building support and funds to open its first facility, where a full array of programming will be offered.

The Cancer Support Community provides support to all people affected by cancer – those with a cancer diagnosis, their families, friends and loved ones.  By creating a community in a home-like setting that offers professionally led emotional, social and educational support of the highest quality, following an internationally recognized program model, CSC-SCT is a unique resource for those affected by cancer in our region.
